Return requests

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for an item that is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Before sending a return, email team@nooknest.madethis.app with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Return shipping

Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless an item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. Please wait for return instructions before shipping anything back.

Refunds

After we receive and review an eligible return, we will confirm the outcome by email. If a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges, if any, are generally not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at team@nooknest.madethis.app. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible issue so we can review the situation and provide next steps.
